Came for a birthday and food quality never disappoints but for a family style restaurant this place seems to have gone upscale big time since my last visit. 200 dollars for 4 people with no alcohol just seemed a little steep. 11 bucks for small tureen of soup is a bit pricy. I will continue to visit and do recommend but probably once a year instead of 3-4 times.
Delicious good. Amazing service. Cute, cozy restaurant. Best espresso Martini i have ever had. Our server was very, very nice, did an awesome job and we were well taken care of. The hostess did a great job. Such a friendly man. If you are in the are, definitely check them out. We throughly enjoyed everything we ordered. Will definitely be going back. Absolutely amazing!!
Amazing! 10/10 the owner is so kind, patient and absolutely loving! We had the chicken bacon penne, and let me tell you, my 6’4 heavy set man could barely finish it!! Such a large quantity for a good price! Will def be coming back!
Like other reviews here we decided to take a chance and try Scotty’s. We’re so glad we did. All of the reviews are very accurate. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff are wonderful and the food was delicious. Like a home-cooked meal. We had the bourbon, chicken and roasted beet salad Highly recommended. This is one of the best meals we’ve had in Barrie.

Jambalaya! Oh boy, what a dish! I am by no means an expert on Cajun cuisine, but this dish I am very sure could hold its own down in the French Quarter. Dining room is nicer than it would seem from the outside. Warm and intimate. Service was on-point, and friendly.
Had no expectations when going to Scotty’s for the first time. But they did not let down. Excellent service, portions and food! Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal!
Stopped by after work just to get a quick bite never tried it before. Food was so damn good. I got the jambalaya and my buddy got the bourbon chicken. It was the best meal the both of us had in quite a long time. Waitress was really good too. Try it out if you haven’t you won’t be disappointed
